Exsart - A Disruptive Art
Exsart is a pioneering platform designed to revolutionize the art investment landscape by providing a direct and disruptive approach to buying and selling art. Exsart aims to democratize access to art investments, offering carefully selected art pieces in a portfolio format.
Investment Portfolio Structure
Exsart curates a portfolio of carefully selected art pieces, each assessed for its investment potential. This portfolio is structured as a total value, which is then divided into sellable shares.
We submit an offering circular to invite potential investors, opening up the opportunity for anyone to participate in our investment endeavours. These shares are made available to the public for purchase, allowing investors to participate in the art market with flexibility and ease.
Flexible Investment Options
Investors can choose from different investment tiers, accommodating varying investment preferences and risk appetites. Investors are provided with the flexibility to choose their level of investment in the Exsart portfolio. Three investment tiers are available: USD 20,000, USD 50,000, or USD 100,000. This tiered structure caters to a diverse range of investors, from individuals seeking modest exposure to art investments to high-net-worth individuals looking for substantial opportunities.
Upon the complete purchase of shares in the portfolio, Exsart adopts a patient investment approach, typically holding the portfolio for a period of one to three years. This duration allows for the appreciation of art values and maximizes the potential for profit upon maturity.
Portfolio Maturity and Sale
At the end of the investment period, the Exsart portfolio reaches maturity. The portfolio is then sold through a selected auction agent to maximize profitability. This strategic approach ensures that investors can capitalize on the appreciation of art values and generate the highest possible returns on their investment.
Potential for Profit Distribution
Upon the sale of the portfolio, profits generated from the sold shares are distributed to investors. Profit distribution is conducted on a pro-rata basis, ensuring fairness and transparency. However, before distribution, management and transaction fees are deducted to cover operational expenses and ensure the sustainability of the Exsart platform. By leveraging the expertise of Exsart's team and the appreciation potential of art assets, investors have the opportunity to generate attractive returns over the investment horizon.
Exsat Management and Transaction Fees
Exsart imposes an annual management fee of 1.5%, which is allocated in the form of equity. Essentially, this implies that you won't be directly paying the fee with cash, but rather, your ownership stake will gradually dilute over time. Furthermore, Masterworks earns a 20% profit share following the sale of a portfolio, applicable to any surplus amount the portfolio sells for beyond the initial offering price. Each investment entity will also incurs a one-time expense allocation for portfolio procurement, securitization, and platform expenses.
